Sam is a managing associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. His practice focuses on banking and real estate finance, construction and permanent financing, and development projects supported by tax credits.

Prior to attending law school, Sam performed consulting work for a corporate performance and restructuring firm for five years. While in law school, he worked as a summer law clerk in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Ohio. His experience also includes having worked as a legal extern and volunteer in the bankruptcy group of The Legal Aid Society of Columbus, Ohio.
