Raquel is a paralegal in the firm’s Labor & Employment group with over 25 years of experience supporting attorneys and clients in immigration and litigation matters. She oversees complex business and family immigration cases from inception through completion, including preparing and submitting PERM applications, J-1 physician waivers and employment-based petitions. She is skilled in analyzing beneficiaries’ status and immigration history, drafting business immigration forms and supporting documentation and maintaining meticulous case records to ensure timely filings and compliance.

Earlier in her career, Raquel worked in product liability litigation, where she managed large-scale case portfolios, coordinated with local counsel nationwide and supervised paralegal teams. Her experience includes drafting pleadings and discovery, researching alternative exposures and liability evidence and preparing detailed status and trend reports for clients and insurers.
