Patrick is an associate in the firm's Corporate Transactions & Securities group. He advises on a wide range of transactions and related matters. His practice includes conducting due diligence and working through all phases of complex deals.

While attending law school, he served as a legal extern with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. In addition, Patrick worked as an extern in the legal department of a nationally ranked hospital conducting research and supporting transactions regarding data privacy, health care, FDA and intellectual property matters.
