Mike’s practice focuses on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate governance and securities law compliance for private and public companies across a wide range of industries.

Prior to earning his J.D., Mike spent 10 years working internationally for a Fortune 200 company. During that time, he was responsible for driving global corporate development initiatives throughout Asia Pacific, EMEA and Latin America, applying his cross-border experience, language proficiencies and cross-cultural competencies to design and implement strategic corporate initiatives. Mike maintains full professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and working proficiency in Spanish.
