Melissa is a paralegal supporting the Corporate Transactions & Securities practice. She assists with mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, securities filings, entity formation and maintenance, IRS filings, stock certificate preparation and corporate record book management.

Melissa obtained her B.A. and Paralegal Certification in 2002 and her AIC (Associate in Claims) insurance designation in 2009. In addition to having corporate transactions and securities experience, she also previously supported attorneys in personal injury, insurance defense and business litigation.
