Mark is a registered patent agent in the firm’s Intellectual Property Prosecution, Transactions & Portfolio Management group. He focuses on patent prosecution in the electrical and computer (hardware and software) related arts.

Mark prepares and prosecutes provisional, nonprovisional, continuation, and divisional patent applications related to computer, electrical, mechanical, software, business methods, AI, machine learning, networking and information systems, semiconductor, telecommunications, and data storage system technologies. He also prepares Office Action Responses, Restriction Elections, and Appeal Briefs and conducts interviews with USPTO Examiners to streamline prosecution.
