Maria is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Securities group. She represents buyers and sellers in corporate governance matters, providing strategic counsel on advisory issues and guiding clients through contract drafting and negotiation processes. In addition to navigating complex commercial transactions, Maria has experience representing buyers and sellers in midmarket mergers and acquisitions, managing transactions, and reviewing and negotiating various transaction documents, including merger agreements, royalty purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements.

Additionally, Maria’s experience includes assisting her clients with entity formation, general corporate matters, and providing guidance on ongoing governance and organizational issues to ensure compliance and efficiency.
