Kathryn has over 20 years of experience in intellectual property focusing on patent and trademark laws. She assists with trademark matters, including preparing, reviewing and filing applications, domestic and foreign trademark post-registration maintenance, due diligence, and U.S. and foreign assignment recordations. She also assists with patent application filing, prosecution, issuance, maintenance, due diligence, and U.S. and international assignment recordations.

In addition to her paralegal responsibilities, Kathryn helps administer and manage the IP practice group’s docketing system, PATTSY WAVE. She has experience working with multiple docketing systems, including those used by clients.
