• Representing a private equity firm and its multi-channel wealth management portfolio company (with its broker-dealers and registered investment advisers managing approximately $100 billion of brokerage and advisory assets) in a wide variety of general corporate and regulatory matters and the following transactions:
  • $100 million stock acquisition of a wealth management firm with approximately $15 billion of assets under administration*; and
  • $1 billion sale to a leading financial services company*.
• Representing a private equity firm in its acquisition of a distributor of HVAC and electrical equipment*.
• Representing a leading supplier of systems engineering solutions for optical transceivers in its $290 million sale to a global, publicly-traded industrial automation solutions company*.
