Jessica is presently working within the firm’s rotation program, which is customized for each associate’s interests and the needs of the firm. The rotation program enables associates to work in multiple practice areas before choosing areas of specialization. During this time, Jessica is receiving training from senior lawyers in multiple practice areas.
