Jennifer is a senior managing associate in the Commercial &amp; Public Finance practice group. She focuses her practice on commercial financing transactions involving banks and other financial institutions, as well as public and private companies, in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities.

While in law school, Jennifer served as a student attorney through the Civil Litigation Clinic, as a pro bono extern at Mintz Levin, and as a research assistant. Prior to attending law school, Jennifer was a 2013 Teach For America corps member in San Antonio, Texas, where she taught middle school math.
