Jennifer is a senior managing associate in the Commercial & Public Finance practice group. She focuses her practice on commercial financing transactions involving banks and other financial institutions, as well as public and private companies, in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities. Jennifer has experience with syndicated, multi-bank senior credit facilities, asset based and structured finance facilities and acquisition financing.

Prior to attending law school, Jennifer was a 2013 Teach For America corps member in San Antonio, Texas, where she taught middle school math.
