Jackie is a managing associate in the Corporate Transactions &amp; Securities practice group. She advises on a wide range of transactions and related matters. Her experience includes counseling public and private companies, investors and other stakeholders on a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and development finance institution lending. She also provides counsel on corporate governance matters.
