Jackie is a managing associate in the Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. She advises on a wide range of transactions and related matters. Her experience includes counseling public and private companies, investors and other stakeholders on a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and development finance institution lending. She also provides counsel on corporate governance matters.

She began her career in the New York office of an Am Law 20 firm, handling complex domestic and cross-border transactions, and later practiced at a boutique New York firm with an international focus. Her experience spans from high-value institutional deals to early-stage company counsel, bringing a practical, business-oriented approach to every engagement.
