  • Bringing a successful motion for summary judgment of non-infringement in a complex patent and trade secret litigation on behalf of a biotechnology company.
  • Arguing successfully on behalf of a major multinational corporation for the invalidation of all challenged patent claims in a petition for inter partes
  • Proving ownership of valuable performance motion capture technology used in making major motion pictures as part of a trial team in a bench trial in federal district court.
  • Representing a pool supply manufacturer through dispositive motions and in a jury trial in federal district court, ultimately securing a win for his client on the trademark claims at issue based on a defense of fair use.
  • Asserting his client’s trademark rights in its famous golf course hole to prevent the unauthorized use of photographs of that hole.
