Evan* is an associate in the Real Estate group. He advises on all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. He also represents borrowers in real estate financing transactions and counsels investors on real estate joint venture transactions. Evan’s experience also encompasses negotiating hotel management agreements, construction contracts, and utility easements on behalf of property owners.

While attending law school, Evan completed an internship with Judge J. Philip Calabrese of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
