Eric has been working in the employee benefits field since 1990. His focus has been on defined contribution plans. Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Eric spent 15 years at Fidelity Investments, one of the nation's top providers of defined contribution plan services.

Eric has extensive experience both with the technical aspects of defined contribution plans and with the provision of practical services to those plans. He has amended and restated plan documents, prepared annual reports and determination letter requests and resolved issues within the context of government correction programs. Eric has developed presentations, publications and websites to educate plan sponsors on new laws, regulations and other government guidance affecting retirement plans.
