Emily is a managing associate in the firm's Real Estate practice group. Her practice focuses primarily on real estate finance, including credit-lease financing, construction and permanent financing, and development projects supported by tax credits.
Prior to joining the firm, Emily worked as a legal intern at a law firm based in Washington, D.C., where she researched legal issues involving commercial clients, including class actions, changes to federal legislation and compliance with USDA and FDA regulations.
Emily received her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and her B.S., cum laude, from Cornell University. While in law school, she worked for a local legal aid organization and a statewide environmental non-profit organization.
