- Represented a lender in connection with a $17,250,000 construction loan to finance the construction of a 110-unit affordable housing complex in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, supported by $17,250,000 of tax-exempt bonds issued by Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, and purchased by the construction lender, generating 4% low-income housing tax credits. Simultaneously represented lender in connection with a $13,000,000 construction loan on the same development, generating 9% low-income housing tax credits.
