Beth is a senior managing associate in the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation group. Her practice focuses on assisting public and private companies of all sizes with a range of employee benefit matters, including the design and administration of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans, as well as executive compensation matters. Beth also collaborates with litigation and transaction teams on various benefits and executive compensation issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Beth practiced in the Cleveland office of a global law firm, where she advised clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including navigating the employee benefits and executive compensation facets of corporate transactions, often with cross-border implications. Her experience also extends to drafting employment, equity incentive, separation and severance agreements, and assisting public companies in the preparation of compensation-related proxy statement disclosures.
