Daniel is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions &amp; Securities group. He focuses his practice on advising clients in the investment management and financial services industry, with a concentration on regulatory and compliance matters. Daniel also advises private fund clients (i.e. private equity funds, hedge funds and venture capital funds) on securities laws and related issues such as formation, offerings and regulatory reporting.
