Dan is a managing associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. He advises his clients on complex business matters with a concentration in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, including commercial transactions, contract negotiation and governance issues.

While attending law school, Dan worked as a clerk in the corporate legal department at University Hospitals. After earning his law degree, he clerked for the Honorable Judge Kay Woods of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Ohio. Prior to joining the firm, Dan was an associate in a business law firm based in Northeast Ohio.
