Daniel is a managing associate in the Commercial & Public Finance practice group. He focuses his practice on commercial and corporate financing transactions representing banks, private equity sponsors and other financial institutions, as well as public and private companies, in connection with syndicated and bilateral loan financings, including senior secured financings, first lien and second lien financings, unsecured financings, asset-backed financings, project financings and acquisition financings, in each case across a broad range of industries and jurisdictions (both U.S.-based and cross-border financings).

Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Daniel was an associate in the Banking & Finance group of a New York-based international law firm and the Corporate Finance group of a Miami-based international law firm. He also completed a secondment within the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance and Real Assets Finance groups of an international bank.
