Daniel is a senior managing associate in the Corporate Transactions & Securities and New Ventures practices. He focuses his practice on representing and advising entrepreneurs and emerging companies from formation through funding to exit.

Daniel has also represented commercial lenders, private equity funds, and public and private companies in domestic and cross-border commercial lending transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

While attending law school, Daniel served as a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Thomas M. Parker of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
