Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group, Branwen represents both public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity and venture capital transactions. Branwen also routinely advises companies, boards of directors and investors in securities offerings and corporate governance related matters.
Branwen’s extensive experience includes representation of international and domestic clients in the life sciences, health care, chemicals, technology, manufacturing and energy sectors.
Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Branwen was an associate in the corporate and financial services group of a New York-based international law firm.
