Tim brings more than a decade of diverse real estate and transactional experience to the firm’s Real Estate practice. Prior to joining the firm, he served as in-house real estate counsel for a national supermarket chain, where he led leasing and development projects for new store locations across the country. In this role, Tim negotiated and drafted retail leases, subleases, and related agreements and worked closely with cross-functional teams – including construction, design, and strategy – to drive projects forward and ensure alignment with company milestones. He also served as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and managed and mentored junior legal staff.

Earlier in his career, Tim held senior and associate roles at several law firms, where he represented a wide range of clients, including technology companies, manufacturers, developers, retail and office landlords, and investors. His practice encompassed commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, development matters, and real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
