  • Secured a favorable settlement for a FinTech entrepreneur in an arbitration matter involving intensive discovery related to business valuation and earn-out potential.
  • Representing clients in multiple class and collective actions across various industries and jurisdictions involving wage and hour issues, including minimum wage, overtime, employee classification, prevailing wage, and PAGA claims.
