Brenda has over 27 years of experience in intellectual property matters. She supports attorneys in all aspects of the acquisition, prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights in the United States and worldwide.

In acquisitions, Brenda assists with due diligence in the review and validation of IP properties, including confirming details and deadlines through worldwide databases and incorporating the properties into firm databases. In prosecution, she assists with preparing filings, communicating with clients and foreign agents, and docketing and monitoring deadlines. In enforcement, Brenda assists with the preparation of pleadings and the preparation and presentation of materials for hearings and trials. She also prepares and provides reports on IP assets to clients, oversees and monitors communications regarding matters for attorneys and assists with billing.
