Erin D. Borcherding
Erin is an attorney in the firm's Early Stage & Emerging Company practice. She focuses her practice on startup and venture capital matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, federal and state securities law filings and compliance, including public and private securities offerings, and corporate organization and governance matters.
Erin has represented a number of early stage companies with loans and grants offered through the Ohio Development Services Agency and JobsOhio, utilizing development tools such as the Innovation Ohio Loan (IOF), the JobsOhio Growth Fund and the Targeted Investment Program (TIP).
