Ben, an associate in the Transportation group, advises and represents corporate and trade association clients on a wide range of regulatory compliance and transactional matters. He provides counsel on compliance issues arising under complex regulatory frameworks, including the Federal Hazardous Materials Regulations, Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, Federal Railroad Safety Act, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and state equivalents. Ben also advises on the formation of regional motor carriers, securing DOT operating authority and ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state transportation regulations.

While attending law school, Ben served as a judicial intern for Judge John Maloney and as a law clerk for Judge Steven Salant, both of the Montgomery County (Maryland) Circuit Court.
