Ashley is a managing associate in the Environmental practice group. She counsels clients on a broad range of environmental matters, including issues arising under TSCA, RCRA, CERCLA, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act and state environmental laws. Ashley also advises on environmental due diligence in real estate transactions, assists with permitting and regulatory compliance and supports clients in state and federal enforcement actions.

She has experience guiding businesses through refrigerant phase-down regulations under the AIM Act and closely tracks the evolving regulatory landscape for chemical management, bans and reporting. Ashley has also assisted multiple organizations with internal environmental audits and enjoys working closely with technical consultants to resolve complex compliance challenges.
