- Represented lender in connection with a $28,242,085 construction loan to finance a 128-unit affordable housing project in Denver, Colorado supported by 4% low-income housing tax credits and the Fannie Mae tax-exempt bond program. Our representation entailed the preparation and negotiation of loan documents. We also prepared and negotiated subordination agreements for approximately $25,000,000 in subordinate financing, including state loans, county loans, and a Fannie Mae permanent loan.
- Represented lender in connection with a $35,000,000 construction loan and $5,278,741 federal historic tax credit loan to finance a 165-unit affordable housing project with 116,000 square feet of commercial space in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania supported by low-income housing tax credits and historic tax credits. Our representation included the preparation and negotiation of loan documents and negotiation of leases.
