Anthony is a senior managing associate in the Real Estate practice group. He focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance.

While attending law school, Anthony was part of Emory Law’s Transactional Law Certificate Program, receiving the Transactional Law and Skills Certificate upon graduation.

Focus Areas

Examples of Anthony’s experience include:

  • Representing debt funds, life insurance companies, national CMBS lenders and other lending institutions in single-lender and syndicated real estate finance transactions.
  • Representing institutional lenders in various corporate finance transactions.
  • Representing private investment fund sponsors in various tax-driven real estate investment transactions involving oil and gas, real estate development and mining for various materials.
