Since 2018, Anna has been a dedicated immigration professional, supporting employers and individuals through complex U.S. immigration processes. She has extensive experience preparing employment-based petitions, drafting detailed support letters, and identifying critical documentation to ensure strong, compliant filings.

Anna's work includes conducting in-depth research on Department of Labor classifications, NAICS codes, prevailing wage determinations, and consular procedures, while closely monitoring regulatory updates and processing changes through AILA and government sources. She also manages the full PERM lifecycle – coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining audit-ready files, and guiding clients through sponsorship processes with precision and care.

In addition to collaborating with clients, government agencies, and third parties, Anna is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor, further deepening her legal knowledge and commitment to immigration advocacy.
