Her work spans all aspects of patent prosecution in mechanical and electrical engineering, biotechnology, life sciences, artificial intelligence, telecommunications, software and computer-based inventions. She is adept at managing filings and associated documentation in the U.S. and international jurisdictions, handling large client portfolios and overseeing cases from filing to grant. Additionally, Anastasiya supports trademark filing applications, including post-registration maintenance, due diligence, and assignment recordations across U.S. and global markets.

Anastasiya obtained her B.A. in business law from Precarpathian National University in Ukraine and has taken college courses in business and civil law in the United States.
