Amanda is a managing associate in the Labor & Employment and Immigration groups. She has broad experience in immigration matters, including assisting in obtaining employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for highly skilled professionals, including extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers and professors, and national interest waiver petitions for researchers, scientists, physicians, and other professionals. She also advises on removal defense, nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processing, and U.S. naturalization matters.
