Allison is a senior managing associate in the Labor & Employment and Immigration groups. Her experience encompasses all areas of employment- and family- based immigration and consular practice. She focuses her practice on advising on business immigration strategies across industries, with extensive experience with healthcare, IT, and higher education clients.

Allison previously served as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
