Africa is an associate in the Real Estate group. She advises on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and retail leasing, across a broad range of asset classes. She also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with construction, permanent, bridge, and mezzanine loan structures, and assists in drafting and negotiating sophisticated purchase and sale contracts.
