Thompson Hine’s Christopher Larus Named Among World’s Leading IP Strategists in 2027 IAM Global Leaders for Seventh Consecutive Year

Thompson Hine LLP

Thompson Hine LLP, a national law firm recognized for its innovative approach to legal services, is pleased to announce that Christopher K. Larus has been named to Intellectual Asset Management’s (IAM) prestigious IAM Global Leaders list, one of only 10 honorees in Minnesota. Larus is chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation practice and partner in charge of its Minneapolis office.

To qualify for inclusion in IAM Global Leaders, individuals must be ranked in the gold tier of the IAM Patent 1000, the market-leading annual directory that identifies the top law and attorney firms and individuals in the world’s most significant patent jurisdictions. From this esteemed group, IAM selects candidates for IAM Global Leaders who merit special attention – “not only because of their expertise and experience related to creating, protecting, managing, transacting and enforcing critical patent rights, but also for their ability to innovate, inspire and go above and beyond to deliver value for their clients.”

With more than 25 years of experience, Larus is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who litigates complex cases involving patents, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, and licensing. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, he represents clients across the country in state and federal courts, and in national and international arbitration proceedings. Beyond the courtroom, Larus collaborates with clients to protect and monetize intellectual property assets.

Larus is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, certified as a Civil Trial Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and has been consistently recognized in Chambers USA, Super Lawyers®, and The Best Lawyers in America®.
