The award celebrates those in Northeast Ohio dedicated to making a change in the local Jewish community and beyond.

A partner in the firm's Corporate Transactions &amp; Securities practice group, Messinger focuses his practice on matters of public and closely held businesses, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and securities, finance, leveraged buyouts and nonprofit corporations.
