In this session, <a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/michelle-li/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Michelle Li</a> and <a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/scott-e-diamond/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Scott Diamond</a>* will delve into the critical aspects of trade remedies and enforcement, including unfair competition from dumping and subsidies (AD/CVD investigations), duty circumvention, the Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA), import surges and unfair imports regarding intellectual property rights (Section 337 investigations).
