With a background spanning environmental, energy, and natural resource policy, Marna has held key roles in the federal government and the nonprofit sector. She was a founding leader of the Conservation Litigation Project and previously served as Deputy General Counsel for the White House Council on Environmental Quality. At the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, she took on several senior positions, including Chief of Staff to the General Counsel.
