With 20 years of experience at global law firms, she has advised corporate leaders on governance, regulatory matters, M&amp;A and international disputes. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of International Arbitration (FCIArb) and a board-certified expert in international litigation and arbitration, she holds leadership roles in multiple arbitration organizations. Effie is an NACD Certified Director and a member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association. She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her B.A. in International Relations from Wellesley College.
