In this session, we sit down with Danielle Doza, Vice President of Sustainability and Environmental Services for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Rock Entertainment Group—the first senior-level sustainability role in the NBA. Danielle leads enterprise-wide initiatives spanning sustainable operations, procurement and reporting. She also supports marketing and communications teams and integrates sustainability into partnership development.
Prior to joining the Cavaliers, Danielle co-founded a corporate sustainability consulting firm, where she advised manufacturing and consumer product companies on strategy, reporting, and project-based initiatives. Recognized by Sports Business Journal as “One to Watch” for women in sports and sustainability, she brings both entrepreneurial insight and industry leadership to her role.
