Please join us for our timely discussion with IFA President & CEO Matt Haller as he provides a brief update on the association’s advocacy efforts and key initiatives, including the Open for Opportunity campaign. Matt has been a key member of the IFA team for 10 years, building extensive relationships with all three segments of the IFA membership: franchisors, franchisees and suppliers. Throughout his tenure, he has served as Communications Director, Vice President of Public Affairs, Chief of Staff to the CEO and Senior Vice President, Public Affairs and Senior Vice President, Government Relations and Public Affairs.
Joining Matt Haller will be Emma Dickison, CFE, CSA, and the CEO & President of Home Helpers® Home Care, a leading brand in the independent living industry. Under her leadership, Home Helpers has had 25 years of record-breaking growth with more than 300 franchises serving over 1,000 communities in 41 states and Canada. Emma was recognized in 2019 by the International Franchise Association Women’s Franchise Committee with the Crystal Compass Leadership award. She serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Home Care Association of America, the industry’s largest trade association. She is a member of the IFA Women's Franchise Committee and a member of the global Women Presidents Organization.
