COVID-19-Related Leave Law and Other Changes:

The new Equal Pay for Equal Work provision of the Illinois Day and Temporary Labor Services Act requires that temporary workers who work for a third-party client for more than 90 calendar days be paid the same rate and receive equivalent benefits as the client’s comparable employees. The new provision raises several questions about how all employers can comply.
