Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) continue to face heightened legislative and regulatory scrutiny at both the federal and state levels. In our first session, <a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/kim-wilcoxon/">Kim Wilcoxon</a> and <a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/kristin-koenecke/">Kristin Koenecke</a> will examine recently proposed rules addressing PBM compensation disclosures, the overlapping transparency requirements under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2026 and their implications for group health plan sponsors.
