Roz is senior counsel in the firm’s Labor &amp; Employment group. With over 25 years’ experience practicing corporate immigration law, she advises multinational and domestic companies on employment-based immigration matters. She assists clients in developing immigration strategic plans, securing visas and permanent residency status for key employees, and complying with the immigration laws and requirements that govern a global workforce. Roz also frequently counsels clients during corporate restructuring, providing immigration due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestures and joint ventures.

Roz’s comprehensive knowledge and experience provides her with a thorough understanding of a broad range of immigration issues and their potential long-term implications. Her significant experience includes assisting clients in all aspects of hiring, retaining and managing multinational workforces; defending companies in government audits and investigations; creating immigration compliance programs and providing training on compliance strategies; and advising on I-9 employment eligibility verification and E-Verify. Roz advises companies across multiple industries, including health care, technology, pharmaceuticals, food and hospitality, banking, financial services and construction.
