Anthony advises employers on a broad range of labor and employment issues, with a focus on defending their interests in litigation. He routinely practices in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Ohio Civil Rights Commission and Ohio State Personnel Board of Review. Anthony handles all stages of civil litigation, from developing a defense strategy through trial and appeals, and has defended clients in single-plaintiff discrimination actions, sexual harassment suits, noncompete and misappropriation of trade secret matters, and wage and hour disputes.

Anthony also counsels employers on a variety of issues, including FLSA compliance, hiring and terminating employees, and preparing employee handbooks and employment policies.
