Ted is a registered patent attorney and prior leader of the firmwide Intellectual Property practice group. He focuses his practice in domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution; copyright prosecution; intellectual property licensing, including technology transfers, joint venture agreements and trade secret licensing; patent and trademark validity and right-to-use opinions; and copyright, trademark and patent infringement litigation.

Human prosthetic systems, juvenile products, erosion control systems, weapon systems, aircraft and spacecraft systems and vehicles, automotive (engines and power transmission), banking and financial transaction systems, turbo-machinery, material handling equipment (including lift trucks and control systems), electro-mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, protective clothing construction, plastic injection molding machinery, surgical instruments, data communication systems, inkjet printing systems, electronic commerce, and food processing systems.
